- Which Tax Amnesty Programs are Best for Me?
- Many people with tax debt are unaware that there are several programs
available to help them manage, reduce--even eliminate their debt. The Tax
Situation Analysis fully evaluates your options--bankruptcy, payment plans,
Offer In Compromise, etc.--to determine which program is best for you.
-
- When Does the Collection Statute of Limitations
Expire for Me?
- Every tax debt has a limited period of time in which the IRS can enforce
collection. When the collection statute expires, so does your obligation
to the IRS. Using information obtained from the IRS, Dan calculates the
specific expiration date of your tax liability.
-
- Can I Settle with the IRS for Less Than I
Owe?
- Utilizing the information you provide, Dan determines whether or not
you can settle your tax debt by filing an Offer In Compromise. If so, Dan
calculates how much your offer must be and exactly how to present it.
-
- Is Penalty Cancellation Possible for Me?
- Every penalty issued by the IRS may be canceled. When the penalties
are canceled, the interest on the penalties is also canceled. Often, penalties
and interest comprise 50 percent or more of your tax debt.
-
- What is the Recommended Sequence of My Actions?
- With your completed Tax Situation Analysis, you will have before you
the best course of action for resolving your tax situation. Based on the
information you provide and Dan's experience, Dan personally develops the
steps necessary for you to resolve your tax delinquency in the best and
fastest possible way.
